It is extremely important that after a twelve-year break, Russian scientists are back at the North Pole to carry on the remarkable traditions established by several generations of legendary Arctic explorers.
“I am sure that your work will make a tremendous contribution to Russian science and help tackle a wide range of practical tasks.”
