The President discussed issues which interested the students. In particular, Mr Putin said he was adamantly against the extension of the presidency to three terms. One should treat the Russian Constitution with care and it cannot be changed to suit those in power, said the head of state.
Discussing economic issues, the President said that small and medium businesses are very important parts of every economy. In developed countries they are the main taxpayers, and economic balance and stability to a large extent depend upon them. However, according to the President, medium and small businesses, especially in the sphere of high technologies, are often founded on the basis of large, solid companies with huge capital.
