Mr Putin said he expected progress on many issues of bilateral cooperation following this visit to Moscow by Mr Kocharian.
Mr Kocharian thanked Mr Putin for taking part in the founding congress of the World Armenian Organisation. He said the address delivered by President Putin at the congress was a great event.
