The Russian President’s plane landed at Sepang Airport, 75 kilometers outside Kuala Lumpur, from where Mr Putin headed for the forum’s official opening ceremony .
The delegation accompanying the Russian President includes Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov, Deputy Chiefs of the Presidential Executive Office Dzhakhan Pollyeva and Sergei Prikhodko, Bashkiria President Murtaza Rakhimov, the Head of Kabardino-Balkaria Valery Kokov, President-elect of Chechnya Akhmat Kadyrov, the Property Relations Minister Farit Gazizullin and the Mufti of Ingushetia, Magomed Albogachiev.
