Vladimir Putin congratulated the participants and guests of the congress on the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The President said that quite a few business communities and organisations have appeared in Russia in the past decade but the Chamber of Commerce and Industry still holds a special key place among them.
