Vladimir Putin told parliamentarians that it was necessary to develop a system of medical insurance, education, and develop a set of laws to create a market of accessible housing.
The Russian President also believes that the State Duma should expand the set of laws in the sphere of taxation, thoroughly analyse all anti-corruption legislation for quality, completeness and lack of contradictions, and legislatively guarantee the status of the new law on local self-administration.
