The President affirmed that Russia has no shortage of intelligent, professional and strong women who are capable of thinking strategically and defending people’s vital interests and who are every bit as well-educated and take just as active a stand in life as men.
In congratulating the recipients of the awards and through them all the women of Russia, Mr Putin expressed the wish that the care and attention shown them by friends and family not just be restricted to one date in the calendar but accompany them constantly in their lives.
