The Russian President stressed that relations in economic cooperation between Russia and Italy were developing very intensively.
According to customs statistics, Italy has taken a firm second place among Russia’s western partners in volume of trade turnover, Vladimir Putin said. The growth of bilateral trade turnover for 2003 came to 12.9%.
