During the meeting held at Novo-Ogaryovo, the President congratulated Mikhail Fradkov on the confirmation of his nomination by the State Duma and his appointment to the high office.
Mr Putin instructed the Prime Minister to prepare proposals on the structure of the Government with due account of earlier mistakes.
