The congratulatory telegram reads:

I am certain that you have enormous life and professional experience ahead of you, and that your excellent business and personal qualities will help you to work successfully for the good of Russia.”
Mr Putin signed a decree awarding the Order of Honour to Mr Primakov for his major contribution to the socio-economic development of the country, and for many years of conscientious work.
