Issues of socio-economic development of the country were discussed, including work with regions in light of the laws on restricting powers that come into force on 1 January 2005.
Preparation was also discussed of Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi’s visit to Russia, and development of Russian-German documents for the upcoming visit between the Russian President and the German Chancellor.
President Putin gave his assessment of the signing of the European Constitution.
