At first Mr Putin and Mr Erdogan first held private talks, after which delegations joined the leaders of Russia and Turkey.
Russian-Turkish economic ties were discussed along with bilateral cooperation in energy, tourism, transport and military-technical spheres. Mr Putin said he hoped that bilateral trade would soon see a 1.5-fold increase and would reach a figure of $15 billion.
