The meeting examined the implementation of the law replacing benefits by cash payments.
Mr Putin noted that neither at federal nor regional level have the authorities ensured that the law on cash benefit payments is being properly implemented and he called on the legislative authorities to bring order to the new system of cash payments not only regarding public transport use but also provision of medicines.
The meeting also discussed the results of the last parliamentary session and the tasks and objectives for the spring session.
