The President also sent a message to Jiang Zemin on the completion of his work in the post of Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the People’s Republic of China. The message expressed profound gratitude for his major contribution to developing Russian-Chinese military and military-technical cooperation. “I am certain that by keeping to the spirit of partnership and strategic cooperation, our countries will achieve new success in this area,” Vladimir Putin wrote.
