The Russian President gave the order to pass the proposal of the Government of the Russian Federation to sign the Convention on the transfer of convicted persons dated March 21, 1983 and the Additional protocol to the Convention on the transfer of convicted persons dated December 18, 1997 with subsequent ratification.
The President also ordered the Russian Justice Ministry on behalf of the Russian Federation to sign the Convention on the transfer of convicted persons dated March 21, 1983 and the Additional protocol to the Convention on the transfer of convicted persons dated December 18, 1997 on condition of their subsequent ratification.
