While meeting U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Vladimir Putin said Russia was anticipating the arrival of the American President in Moscow for the May 9 celebrations marking the end of World War II and Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
He also said that relations between Russia and the U.S. had reached a high level and expressed the hope that this course would be continued by both sides.
