“The new level of Russian-Chinese strategic partnership recorded in the historical Treaty on good-neighbourliness, friendship and cooperation of 2001 opens even wider possibilities for bilateral cooperation. Today it is especially important to involve representatives of business circles and society in their realisation, along with prominent figures of science, culture and education. I expect that the Committee will actively help to solve this priority task,” says the message.
