The Decree would make an amendment to the Regulation in accordance with which nominations for candidates to the post of senior official in the regions of the Russian Federation would be submitted by the Plenipotentiary Presidential Representatives in the Federal Districts along with references providing information on the candidates proposed.
Furthermore, the documents and references provided for by the Regulation shall also be submitted in the event that the chief official of a region of the Russian Federation brings before the President of the Russian Federation the question of confidence and early retirement from office.
