The meeting discussed current issues regarding the functioning of civil society institutions, including the Public Council, and their interaction with the state. Chairwoman of the Council for Facilitating the Development of Civil Society Institutions and Human Rights Ella Pamfilova reported on the results of a study carried out by the council on the education and housing and utilities sectors.
Other issues discussed at the meeting included protection of children’s rights, public environmental protection control and the situation of migrants.
