The greeting reads, in particular:
”Your admirable event takes place on a significant date—the 125 th anniversary of the creation of a Russian-language national education system in Kyrgyzstan. Since its founding at the end of the 19 th century, this system has had a significant influence on strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between our people. Today, the fact that the Russian language is so present in Kyrgyzstan effectively promotes the development of bilateral ties in various areas.
When reinforcing relations between Eurasian states, we can draw on long-standing and deep traditions of neighbourly and harmonious relations. I am convinced that active political dialogue, economic integration and mutually enriching cultural contacts will offer new possibilities for fruitful and constructive cooperation. The implementation of the Agreement on Cooperation in the Sphere of the Humanities between CIS member states will help attain these goals.“
