This is the position set out in President Vladimir Putin’s conclusions on draft federal law No233364-4 “On amendments to certain statutes of the Russian Federation” sent to Chairman of the State Duma Boris Gryzlov.
It is proposed to establish procedures by which all international and foreign organisations, regardless of their organisational-legal form, and including their branches, sections and representative offices, will be required to inform the competent federal executive agency of the aims and objectives of their work, the amount of money they are allocated and receive and the specific purposes it is spent on, in the form set out by the Government of the Russian Federation.
