Dmitrii Kozak reported to the President on the results of the meeting for coordination in which the leadership of the Chechen Republic took part, as did representatives from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development, the Ministry of Education and Science, and the Ministry of Culture and Mass Communications. At the meeting they discussed the Republic's budget for 2006, the situation in the Chechen social and cultural spheres and immediate measures for restoring Grozny. They also agreed on organizing additional payments for the Republic's pensioners who received the minimal pension.
Alu Alkhnov thanked Vladimir Putin for his help in providing children with medical treatment.
