“Russia's relations with India are based on strong traditions of friendship and mutual understanding. Today, as a result of joint efforts by our peoples, our relations are dynamically developing and constitute a new high-quality basis for our strategic partnership.
I am convinced that the talks that took place during your recent visit to Moscow have strengthened the unique multifaceted Russian-Indian ties based on both our long-term national interests, deep mutual respect and trust.”
