The message reads, in particular, that today the necessary conditions have been established to give a powerful stimulus to Russian-Kuwaiti cooperation in the fields of trade, economics, investment and high-tech as well as expand contacts in other mutually interesting fields.
The document also emphasizes that further developing Russian-Kuwaiti foreign policy cooperation will act as positive influence for ensuring stability and security in the Persian Gulf and the Middle East. Developing foreign policy cooperation will also facilitate implementing joint efforts in the struggle against terrorism and other contemporary threats and challenges.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov transmitted the President’s message.
