Vladimir Putin asked that the process of creating a customs union within the Eurasian Economic Community be completed as quickly as possible. In the President of Russia’s opinion this will help promote effective cooperation between the Community’s member states.
The leaders of the Eurasian Economic Community member countries also approved a project that defines what the Community’s international activity will be.
At the session the decision was made to transfer the presidency of the Eurasian Economic Community from Belarus to Russia.
