The federal law approves the amendment to Article 1 of the Agreement Establishing the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) that was ratified on 26 March 1991.
The said amendment was introduced according to decision No. 90 of the EBRD board of governors made on 30 January 2004, and provides that Mongolia will be admitted as a country to which the Bank provides financial support.
