Speaking at the conference of European Prosecutors-General, President Vladimir Putin noted that the emergence of new threats has an impact on forming issues related to protecting the rights of the person, and these issues have not yet all been fully regulated by law.
The great dilemma facing countries in that they must continue providing consistent guarantees for citizens’ inalienable rights regardless of the emergence of new threats places particular responsibility on prosecutors, justice officials and specialists in related areas, the President said.
