As the Russian head of state was meeting with the National Assembly Speaker Baleka Mbete and Deputy Chair of the National Council of Provinces Peggy Hollander, the parties stood for an official photo in front of the South African National Assembly.
The Russian President also signed the South African parliament’s guest book.
