In particular, the Russian President’s telegram reads: “Armenia has always been and will remain one of Russia’s reliable friends and allies. We are linked by a centuries-long tradition of cooperation, as well as close cultural and spiritual ties. I am confident that Russian-Armenian relations will continue to develop within an atmosphere of complete mutual understanding and that our strategic partnership and alliance will become stronger.”
