The meeting participants included: Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, Federation Council Speaker Sergei Mironov, State Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov, Minister of the Interior Rashid Nurgaliyev, Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, and Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Sobyanin.
