Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the relations between Russia and China were on a very high level, which was largely thanks to the position taken by his Chinese counterpart and to the attention he and his team were investing in the development of Sino-Russian relationship.
The meeting also involved Sergei Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister; Sergei Prikhodko, President’s aide; German Gref, Economic Development and Trade Minister; Mikhail Dmitriev, director of the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation; Konstantin Kosachev, chairman of the State Duma International Affairs Committee; and Sergei Darkin, Primorye Krai governor.
