Vladimir Putin said at a government conference on economic issues that he had signed a decree on compensation payments to those who take care of disabled people.
He also instructed Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin to ensure the implementation of the decree.
The meeting was attended by First Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov, Minister of Economic Development and Trade German Gref, Chief of the Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Sobyanin, Chairman of the Central Bank Sergei Ignatyev, and head of the Presidential Expert’ Directorate Arkady Dvorkovich.
