The Chechen leader briefed the Russian President on the social and economic situation in the republic, including the progress of the federal target program on construction of housing and social facilities, on restoration of medical facilities and on solving problems with forced migrants.
One of the priorities for the Chechen leadership should be creating new jobs, Putin said, and he called for continuing efforts to normalize the situation in Chechnya.
