The meeting discussed export support measures for Russian goods.
Mr Putin began the meeting by saying that export support measures, above all for goods produced by the machine-building and high-technology sectors, are a way of helping to diversify the economy.
Mr Naryshkin said that the budget allocates more than $3 billion for export support this year. He also said that a special institution, the Development Bank, is being established to implement these export support measures.
