The discussion focused on issues related to rebuilding the social infrastructure destroyed by terrorists in Chechnya’s southern districts of Shali, Urus-Martan and Achkhoi Martan. Mr Koshman said that in February the Russian government would allocate 750 million roubles on agricultural development in the region.
