Mr Putin watched an information presentation about the train’s development, equipment and technical characteristics. The Archimedes train can travel at a speed of 250 kilometres an hour and carry out diagnosis based on 100 different parameters simultaneously.
Head of Russian Railways Vladimir Yakunin told Mr Putin that his company plans to purchase this technology.
