The message said, in part:

The close cooperation between our countries on the international stage is now an important factor in building a just world order and strengthening confidence, stability and security in Eurasia.
“Your recent visit to the Russian Federation was a landmark event in Russian-Kazakh relations. It has stimulated progress in all areas of cooperation between our countries,” Mr Putin stressed.
