The President spoke about the key problems of the Kamchatka economy, i.e. the fuel and energy sector, transport, fishing and the social sphere.
Mr Putin paid a lot of attention to the distribution of fishing quotas and criticised those who granted licences to foreign vessels instead of supporting the Russian fishing fleet.
