At the meeting participants discussed the preparation of a draft Budget Message for 2010 and the subsequent three years.
First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, Presidential Aide Arkady Dvorkovich, Public Health and Social Development Minister Tatyana Golikova, Economic Development Minister Elvira Nabiullina, Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia Sergei Ignatyev and head of the Presidential Experts' Directorate Ilya Lomakin-Rumyantsev took part in the meeting.
