The two leaders discussed a wide range of bilateral cooperation issues and paid special attention to further promoting economic ties between the two countries, including in the fuel and energy sector.
The Russian and French foreign ministers — Igor Ivanov and Hubert Vedrine – and Gazprom CEO Rem Vyakhirev also took part in the talks.
