President Vladimir Putin and the clergy at a reception dedicated to Constitution Day.
In his speech at the reception in the Grand Kremlin Palace, the President emphasised that the country’s Constitution is the main democratic document which helps to build the Russian State.
Mr Putin also said that the latest changes in the federative relations system, including the renovation of the Federation Council and establishing the federal districts, are perfectly in line with the Constitution.
