Mr Kalamanov reported on implementing the President’s instructions to improve observance of human rights and freedoms in Chechnya.
Mr Putin asked how many complaints of human rights violations had come from citizens and how law enforcement bodies were responding to such complaints.
He called to continue the efforts for the protection of human rights.
