The executive orders approve the list of senior civil servants, and managers of state owned corporations and funds required to file public annual declarations of their property and income.
Furthermore, the orders establish the procedures for filing the declarations with the tax authorities and for their publication in the media, and set procedures for declaring the income and property of candidates for senior posts.
The President signed the Order on Declaration by Candidates for and Holders of State Office in the Russian Federation of their Income, Property and Liabilities, the Order on Declaration by Candidates for and Holders of Federal Civil Service Posts of their Income, Property and Liabilities, the Order on Declaration by Candidates for and Holders of Senior Posts in State Owned Corporations, Funds and Other Organisations of their Income, Property and Liabilities, the Order on Approval of the List of Federal Civil Service Posts, Candidates for and Holders of which are Required to Declare their Income, Property and Liabilities, and also the Income, Property and Liabilities of their Spouse and Minor Children, and the Order on Approval of Procedures for Publication of the Declarations of Income, Property and Liabilities of Holders of Russian Federation State Office, Federal Civil Servants and their Family Members on the Official Sites of Federal and Regional State Bodies and Provision of these Declarations to National Media for Publication.
