Vladimir Putin was ceremonially welcomed at Brnik Airport.
In the Castle of Brdo, 20 km from Ljubljana, Vladimir Putin met with Janez Drnovsek, Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, and later held talks with Milan Kucan, the Republic’s President. At the meetings, the sides discussed issues concerning bilateral relations.
