Dmitry Medvedev signed the Federal Law 'On the Establishment of the Novocherkassk Garrison Military Tribunal and the Abolition of the Sixth Garrison Military Tribunal'

The Federal Law stipulates the abolition of the Sixth Garrison Military Tribunal, stationed in Batumi, as a result of the withdrawal of Russian troops from Georgia, and its consequent establishment as the Novocherkassk Garrison Military Tribunal.
