Vladimir Putin decided that Russia should join the Global Anti-AIDS Fund

After considering a related Cabinet proposal, President Putin decided that Russia should join the Global Health Fund to Combat HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Russia’s contribution to that fund has been set at 600 million rubles (about $20 million).
