Both leaders discussed the implementation of previous agreements, including those stipulating the joint development of Caspian energy resources.
Presidents Putin and Nazarbayev discussed cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Community. The Russian leader praised the efforts of its Chairman, President Nazabayev, to expand cooperation in every sphere.
