Summing up the FSB’s performance, Mr Putin gave a positive assessment of its work to ensure public and state security.
The President said that the last few years have been an important stage in developing and strengthening the FSB: restructuring, organisational and personnel changes have been completed, the human resources base has been stabilised, and the service’s operations, analytical and combat potential have been fully restored.
