Vladimir Putin signed a law on the ratification of the Treaty Between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Angola on the Transfer of Prisoners

The Treaty regulates Russian-Angolan relations concerning the transfer of prisoners to serve their sentences in the countries of their citizenship.

The Treaty was signed in Moscow 31 October 2006.
