Mr Fursenko said that work on the legislative base for intellectual property rights is now entering the final stage.
The minister said, in particular, that the Government has approved a draft law regulating the transfer of technology, the rights of which are held by the state, and has drafted Government resolutions setting out who receives the profits from the use of this technology. The Government also plans in the near future to examine the issue of patent attorneys who will ensure the exercise and implementation of all intellectual property rights.
